Our home is in the mountains near Gandia (Valencia), surrounded by nature, but close to the town (3 minutes drive).
The property has a 50sqm swimming pool, a wild garden, lemon and orange trees.
The house is on 3 levels:
- ground: just a garage, used for storage and parking bikes (2 adult bikes and one for kids; all available)
- 1st floor: an office, a terrace and a small bathroom
- 2nd floor: the main apartment - living room, 2 bedrooms, office, kitchen, main bathroom.
Great beaches close by: some wilder (L'Ahuir, 15 minutes), some known for partying (Gandia, 12 minutes).
Plenty of mountain hiking routes around.
Valencia is about 50 minutes away (e.g. the City of Arts&Science 48 min, the airport at 53 min).
