Our home is in the mountains near Gandia (Valencia), surrounded by nature, but close to the town and sea.
10x5m swimming pool, wild garden, lemon and orange trees.
The house is on 3 levels:
- ground: just a garage, used for storage, parking bikes (2 adult bikes and one for kids; all available) and SUP boards (2 boards, available)
- 1st floor: an office, a terrace and a small bathroom
- 2nd floor: the main apartment - living room, 2 bedrooms, office, kitchen, main bathroom.
Great beaches close by: some wilder (L'Ahuir, 15 minutes), some known for partying (Gandia, 12 minutes).
Plenty of mountain hiking routes around. A beautiful one starts
Valencia is a 50-minute drive (e.g. the City of Arts&Science 48 min, the airport at 53 min). Gandia is 3 minute away.
