Hello! I am looking for a home exchange in Tokyo or nearby, but I am open to other interesting destinations too. In exchange, I offer a comfortable studio apartment in sunny Spain, close to the Mediterranean coast. It is ideal for one person or a couple who want to enjoy warm weather, the beach, local food and a relaxed Spanish lifestyle. The studio is part of a well-located residential complex with excellent shared facilities, including three swimming pools, a tennis court, barbecue area, 24-hour concierge and security cameras in the common areas. The studio also has a private terrace, perfect for having breakfast outside, relaxing in the evening or enjoying the sunny Mediterranean weather. The home is clean, practical and comfortable.
