The beautiful Devil's Dyke trail is just a 5-minute walk away, while the beach can be reached in around 13 minutes by bike, 10 minutes by car, or a 40-minute walk. Brighton city centre is approximately 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus, with a bus stop conveniently located just outside the property offering regular links into the city.
