Hi, I'm Konstantin. I'm a composer and music producer, who is looking for a swap with an appartment / shared room in Paris for the month of October. My 3 room flat lies in the beautyful Kreuzberg area in Berlin and there in a somewhat quiter part. It's a very relaxed and cultural vibe, the flat itself is very quiet, with the bedroom faceing the backyard with a Chestnut Tree. A perfect place to recreate. One of the rooms is occupied by my wonderful flatmate (who is a student in politics) and the other two I would be swaping. It has two couches, a music system and a big balcony facing the street to spend time on outside. The neighborhood is full of good restaurants, amazing bars und places to walk around and take in the Berlin vibe. Tempelhofer Field, Kottbusser Tor and the Paul Linke Ufer are all not far aways, there's planty of supermarkets nearby and a busline drives everywhere you need to go.
