Welcome to our cozy and modern apartment, located directly in the heart of Palma's beautiful old town. Everything that Palma has to offer is just one step outside the door — you're surrounded by galleries, cafés and boutiques, and just two minutes on foot from the ocean. The apartment has two large bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room and two bathrooms. Two balconies let you enjoy the outside (a smaller one at the front and a slightly larger one at the back). High-speed WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and two A/Cs to keep things cool during summer. We love the charm of our neighborhood: the galleries, boutiques and cafés just steps away, the park of Plaça de sa Feixina and the harbour just around the corner. Our street is quieter than you'd expect for such a central location. The mix of long-time residents and creative businesses gives it a warm, authentic character that's hard to find elsewhere in the city. The bedroom facing the back is completely quiet. The front bedroom is peaceful too — on weekend nights you might occasionally hear people passing through, but this is definitely not a party street. Everything in Palma is walkable from here, and when you're ready to explore the island, you're well connected by both car and public transport. A few handy distances: the airport is just 15 minutes by car, Palma beach is a short walk or under 5 minutes by car, and the stunning Playa de Illetes is about 20 minutes away.
