The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Schloss Nymphenburg and a 3-minute walk from the tram stop Romanplatz — from there, tram 16 or 17 takes you to the central station in just 16 minutes. A supermarket, drugstore, and pharmacy are also within a 4-minute walk.
