In Martinique next to the airport with a nice view

Welcome to my home in Ducos, ideally located in the centre of Martinique. The apartment is only around 10 minutes from the airport and is a convenient base for exploring the entire island. From here, you can easily travel towards the beaches and towns of the south, as well as the mountains and tropical landscapes of the north. The apartment is bright, comfortable and fully equipped for long stays. It has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed; one bedroom with a single bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to three people and would be ideal for a solo traveller, a couple, a small family or someone working remotely. The home includes air conditioning, hot water, high-speed internet, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for everyday living. There is also a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful open view. A parking space is available directly downstairs, which makes getting around the island by car very convenient. The apartment is located on the third floor. Please note that there is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. I am mainly looking for a long-term home exchange, ideally for several months, in Montreal or in a nearby area with easy access to public transportation. My dates are flexible, and I am open to both simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges. I would be happy to share more pictures, videos and information about the apartment and the surrounding area.
