Close to beach, city, airport & Wētā Workshop

We live in Seatoun, about 100m from the beach, 100m from the bus stop (#2 route), and 3km from Wellington International Airport We are close to a football park, playground, small group of shops with cafes and a small pub. If you are a Lord of the Rings fan we are a seven minute drive from Wētà workshop. It’s a 14 minute drive from our house to the central CBD shopping district on a good day. Our house is an architecturally designed two story family home. It has four bedrooms (one with an ensuite), a bathroom with a bath bathtub and shower, and a small office space upstairs. Downstairs is a large living room with 85 inch TV and a fireplace, and then another open plan living space with the kitchen dining and another lounge area. The 2.6 m high glass sliding door doors open out to a small north facing sunny garden in a fully fenced section. There is a barbecue and an outdoor shower. We have a small car you can use. Downstairs is hard flooring with underfloor heating, and upstairs is carpeted with air-conditioning for heating and cooling.
