Cozy Mountain Apartment

My cozy apartment is part of a property where my family one ran a farm for several generations. It is furnished with handmade traditional high quality wood interior and offers all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It is surrounded by a huge garden with herbs and vegetables during summer, next to the forest, a river and mountains. The property now became just our peaceful and well curated home. In the house there are 3 other apartments that we use privately for friends and guests, offering enough privacy but giving everyone the chance to connect as well. In the house there are also other shared rooms such as a huge living room that is often used by guests who work remotely, a small spa-space that can be used for practicing yoga and a wooden Finnish sauna that we use sometimes (in winter more often than in summer). We are located in a small but charming area in South Tyrol that offers many options for beautiful hikes, bike rides and winter sports, breathtaking views, tranquility but also proximity to some very pretty small towns! We are located close to the Dolomites (40 min. drive) and our valley is perfect for sports like running, cycling, skiing and snowboarding in the winter (there are 2 ski resorts very close to our home; 10 min. drive) oder just going for walks, discovering mountain lakes and tasting a delicious fusion cuisine of Italian and Austrian gastronomy. The cities and airports of Innsbruck, Bolzano, Verona and Munich are quite close as well and can easily be visited during a day trip. Public transport is good and the train station is very close to our home (400m). Because of traveling I don't spend a lot of time at my apartment but I still see it as my home and like to keep it very clean, tidy and a just a peaceful place that feels welcoming to myself and others.
