The terrace is the perfect spot to relax, dine outside and enjoy stunning sunsets. The shared pool is just a 3-minute walk away. Burriana Beach and the centre of Nerja are only a 7-minute drive. Within walking distance you'll find various restaurants and a small supermarket. A wonderful place to completely unwind! The space The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated, accommodating up to 4 guests. The bathroom is brand new and features a spacious walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen has also been completely renovated and includes a combi-oven, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The apartment also features air conditioning in every room, two smart TVs and a washing machine. The spacious terrace is furnished with a lounge set and large dining table. Finally, various items are available to borrow, such as beach gear. You have access to two swimming pools: a large pool and a toddler pool, shared with the other residents and guests of San Juan de Capistrano. Please note that the pools are closed from October, 31st through March. Other things to note There is plenty of street parking available, from where you reach the apartment via approximately 50 steps. The apartment is situated right next to the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama Natural Park, ideal for nature lovers and hikers with access to beautiful trails and walking paths.
