We are a retired couple, aged 60 and 62, and frequent travelers; our plan is to use the property as a base for our travels around Europe during that month. A fully remodeled home located on Florida USA, close to everything: 2 hours from the Disney parks in Orlando; 45 minutes from Clearwater Beach and others; 20 minutes from Weeki Wachee; 45 minutes from Busch Gardens, 4 Hours to Miami and Adventure Island; and near parks, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and more. This fully renovated house features 3 bedrooms (one is currently set up as an office but functions as a bedroom) and 2 full bathrooms—one en-suite in the master bedroom and the other adjacent to the other bedrooms. It boasts a full kitchen indoors and a second full kitchen on the covered patio, right next to a large, recently renovated concrete pool and jacuzzi (enclosed by a screen).
