Cozy Brooklyn Prospect Park Apartment

Welcome to our lovely apartment near Prospect Park in Brooklyn! Layout: With an open living room and kitchen, two of the three bedrooms are open for guests. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom is convertible, with both a full-size bed/couch, and can be used as a home office with standing desk and walking pad. There is one bath with bathtub/shower. We have a very good heat/air conditioning unit throughout the apartment that lets you adjust the temperature to your liking. We have a fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices, a dance/exercise pole in the living room, and two bicycles available that get you to Prospect Park in only 5 minutes. Our roommate, a therapist, comes by only occasionally 1-2 times a week - so the whole 3BR would likely be all yours for much of the time. Home Rules: We have a clean apartment and expect to be cared for. Shoes off when entering the apartment (NYC streets are no joke), throw out trash once/or twice a week, and keeping the kitchen clean to keep any rodents and bugs far from you and us:) Besides this, one important request is if you could water the plants once a week. Should take no longer than 5 minutes a week. Location: We are located near dozens of great restaurants with cuisines from around the globe, cafes, bars, bookshops, a weekly farmer's market, and the Cortelyou public library. There are the Q, F, G and B subway lines accessible, as well as buses. Prospect Park, NYC's second largest park, is a key attraction only a 15 minute walk away from the lakeside. We are about 35 minutes away from Coney Island Beach, and 35 minutes away from Manhattan, by public transit.
