Our charming detached house, surrounded by a garden, is beautifully situated by the water in Lopik. Located a half-hour drive from Utrecht and a 15-minute walk from the small beaches along the River Lek, it is a wonderful place to live. We have a cat and four chickens—and naturally, they need looking after! On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and the bathroom. The first floor has three rooms, two of which are used as bedrooms; the third serves as a study. There is also a toilet on the first floor. A third bedroom—suitable for a teenager—has been created in the large barn, though it has no heating. Several electric bicycles are available for use.
