The property is secure, low-maintenance, and situated in a peaceful, friendly neighbourhood close to walking paths, local cafes, and the coast. It is a calm, tidy, and welcoming base for anyone looking to enjoy the local area in comfort. I'm told the short driveway up to the carport is quite steep - anyone who has lived in Wellington for a period of time barely notices a slope of less than 5 metres (and we develop spectacular calf muscles without even noticing 😄). If you have a car, just apply a tiny bit more pressure to the accelerator going up to the carport. Or make the most of the bus stop 30 metres down the road.
