Family Home, private garden, 25 min to Ehv centre

Comfortable family home located in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood in the charming Nuenen. The place where Van Gogh painted more than 200 paintings. A beautiful village. Our house is the perfect base for a relaxing house swap. It offers a warm and cozy atmosphere where you will feel right at home instantly. Within walking distance (+/- 1 km) or a short bike ride, you will find cozy restaurants, terraces, supermarkets, and local shops. The house is close to beautiful walking paths, fields, and forests, perfect for a morning stroll or a long bike trip. You can easily explore the nearby city Eindhoven by car, public transport or bike (approximately 25 minutes to the city centre and main train station). The house offers plenty of room. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a toddler bed (with rails). If more sleeping space is necessary and we know this two weeks before arrival, we can arrange more sleeping accommodation. The total capacity is 7 people in 5 rooms. There is a very spacious and welcoming living room with a fully equipped kitchen to cook, a cosy space to watch some tv and an oval dining table for a nice meal with friends or family. While cooking in the kitchen, you can overlook the garden. The garden is very private, since we don't have any neighbours at the back of the house (only left and right). It is fully set up to give you that ultimate vacation feeling: a refreshing pool (set-up pool, not a build in one) 3 x 3 meter (round) to take a splash. It is the perfect spot to cool down and have fun on warm summer days. On top of that we have a 28 m2 covered patio including an outside kitchen with a built in Kamado (barbecue). This cozy outdoor lounge allows you to sit outside until late in the evening and enjoy a wonderful meal, no matter the weather. Furthermore we have a garage, but it is not possible to stall a car here. There is a carport available.
