Cozy penthouse in central Munich

Welcome to my small and cozy home in the middle of Munich! I love on roughly 40sqm (3rd floor, no elevator, which might be worth mentiong), right under the roof. It's compact but has everything you need: a bedroom (double bed + additional sleeping sofa), a bigger and well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. You'll be living in cetnral Munich, in a relaxed neighbourhood called „Neuhausen“ that's got all you need in walking distance: cute cafés, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, the Nymphenburg castle with its huge park is not far, public transport is a few minuts walkign distance (the main station is only 2 stops away). It's also not too far (around 12-15 misn walking distance) to the S-Bahn line which takes you directly to some of Munich's beautiful lakes, e. g. Ammersee in around 35-40 minutes. iFree parking is available in around 20-25 mins walking distance. For anyone who likes to spend time exloring the laid-back vibe of Munich but likes nature, this is the perfect base!
