Our recently renovated, completely private garden apartment is in our owner-occupied vintage Chicago three-flat on a quiet, tree-lined street. At approximately 950 sq. ft., it’s spacious and comfortable, with an open layout, modern finishes and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bedroom features a king-size DreamCloud Luxe Hybrid mattress, and there is also a twin bed and sleeper sofa. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, 65" Smart TV, high-speed internet, streaming services, and shared laundry. Although the apartment is on the garden level, it has good natural light and feels bright and welcoming. You’ll have the apartment entirely to yourself, while we live in the building and are nearby if you need recommendations or assistance. Best of all, you can enjoy the feel of a residential Chicago neighborhood while being just one block from the Western Brown Line station—making it easy to explore the city without a car. Lincoln Square is one of Chicago's most charming North Side neighborhoods, combining leafy residential streets with a lively, walkable town-center feel. Just around the corner, Lincoln Avenue is filled with independent cafés, restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, neighborhood pubs and local favorites, reflecting the area's distinctive German heritage. It's an easy neighborhood to enjoy on foot—start the morning at a local café, browse the shops, catch a movie or live music, have dinner nearby, or explore the area's parks, walking and biking trails and the Chicago River.
