Hi! My 58 squared meters flat has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a big living room couch bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. I live here, so it has all the usual amenities, including dishwasher, washing machine, AC etc.
It can perfectly fit a couple as well.
The living room is very spacious, it gets natural light without being directly exposed to sun light for more than 2 hours per day.
It has all the space needed to work remotely, including a kitchen table and working desk, and also a screen.
The neighborhood is very calm and full of local people, while being super close to the Palacio Real and to the city center in general, which is reachable both walking and by bus or metro. Public transportation connection is very good.
