Our apartment is located on the third floor, just a 15-minute walk from the centre of Palma. There are no other apartments on the same floor, offering extra privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room, making it ideal for a family with two children.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, heating, a dehumidifier and a lift in the building.
One of our favourite features is the private rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing in the sunshine or spending time together as a family.
We can also provide a bicycle with a child seat, making it easier to explore Palma with little ones.
