Our villa is a relaxed tropical retreat where you can enjoy the excitement of Bali whenever you choose, then return home to your own private swimming pool and tranquil garden. The Villa Designed to embrace Bali's tropical lifestyle, the villa features completely open-air downstairs living and entertaining areas, overlooking a lush tropical garden and private 6 × 3 metre swimming pool. It's a lovely space to enjoy a morning coffee, relax with a book, entertain friends or simply spend a lazy afternoon beside the pool. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, air conditioning and its own private ensuite bathroom. The layout provides privacy and comfort for two couples travelling together. We're right on the border of Legian and Seminyak, putting an enormous variety of restaurants, cafés, shopping, spas and entertainment within easy walking distance. Bali's beautiful Seminyak and Legian beaches are also accessible on foot, with a walk of around 20-30 minutes, depending on your destination. GoJek or Grab (Indonesia's equivalents to Uber) are very easy and affordable transport options for rides in cars and/or motorbikes. Spend your days discovering local markets, enjoying Balinese cuisine, exploring the island or relaxing at a beach club before returning to the privacy of your own tropical retreat. Despite being so conveniently located, our villa is set back from the road along a private lane, offering a peaceful escape from the bustle of the surrounding neighbourhoods. Meet Lucu — Our Resident Cat Our villa comes with one very special resident: Lucu, our two-year-old, desexed male cat. Lucu is extremely relaxed, friendly and easygoing. He's a lovely companion and very much part of our home. His care is simple — he just needs feeding each day. If you'd like to take a trip to another part of Bali or explore neighbouring islands for a few nights, we can arrange for our staff to feed him while you're away. We're looking for guests who are comfortable sharing their tropical holiday with a friendly feline. House Exchange Information We're interested in exchanging with like-minded homeowners who will enjoy and respect our home. Exchange dates: Flexible Exchange arrangements:Open to both simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges. Maximum guests: Four Preferred guests: Adults Smoking: Permitted outdoors only. Pet care: Daily feeding of our resident cat, with staff assistance available for short trips away. Security: CCTV cameras cover the open-air living areas and scooter parking area only. There are no cameras in the bedrooms or bathrooms. This is our personal home rather than a commercial holiday rental. We hope our guests will enjoy the comforts of a lived-in villa, the convenience of regular housekeeping and the opportunity to experience Bali at their own pace.
