A Unique Sustainable Home with Spanish Mediterranean Charm Welcome to our unique, eco-friendly home, where sustainable living meets the warmth and charm of the Spanish Mediterranean! Our home has been thoughtfully built using natural materials such as mudbrick and hempcrete, creating a beautiful, healthy and environmentally conscious living space. Sustainability is at the heart of the house, with reclaimed, repurposed and recycled materials adding character, warmth and a story of their own. Inspired by our Spanish roots, the house has a relaxed Mediterranean feel, with natural textures, warm details and welcoming spaces. One of our favourite features is our beautiful Andalusian-style courtyard, an enclosed, glass-covered space that feels like a little sunroom. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee, read a book or simply relax whatever the weather. We also have a garden where you can enjoy some outdoor time. Our neighbourhood is leafy, green and full of trees, offering a lovely atmosphere while being incredibly well connected to the rest of Melbourne. Getting around is easy: * Melbourne CBD is just 15 minutes away by tram. * Two train stations are conveniently close by. * Easy access to the freeway makes getting to the airport and exploring other parts of Melbourne and beyond very convenient. You’ll also be perfectly placed to enjoy Melbourne’s famous café culture, restaurants, local markets, parks and vibrant neighbourhoods, with plenty of hidden gems waiting to be discovered.
