Passive house with all comfort

My house is a new cosy house that is equipped with heat exchanger that regulates the temperature so no heating is needed. it is 87 square metres with a small garden and a garden shed. It is a terraced house, meaning that it is in a row of 5 houses that are all attached. We are 500metres away from the Erdre river which is the most beautiful river in France and from my house you can walk to the town centre of Nantes (15km one way). It's near all sorts of amenities, shops and the centre of Carquefou. You'll have a car at your disposal and private parking facilities outside. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs one with a double bed and another with a sofa that can be turned into a double bed. on the first floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilets. Downstairs, you have the living room and kitchen in one room fully equipped and the master bedroom which is ensuite with toilets, and a bathroom with an italian shower and washing machine and dryer. People, when they come to my house, feel comfortable, it is very cosy and I have lots of green plants to make it look even more comfortable.
