Munich Apartment

We are a couple from Munich looking for a Swaphouse in Berlin for a couple of months. We are quite flexible regarding the timing. We are working in the fashion and auto motive industry. The flat is perfect for a couple or a single living person. This is a 3-room apartment with a balcony in the heart of Maxvorstadt. The long hallway leads to the kitchen, the bathroom, the study, the living room and the storage room. The study has two workstations, one of which is equipped with a screen and height-adjustable table. There is also a printer in the study, which can be used if required. The apartment is therefore ideal for people who would like to work from home. The living room impresses with its excellent layout and the large window front with a view of Amalienstraße. The living room invites you to spend cozy evenings on the couch or to eat together at the round table. The bedroom is accessible via the living room and also has a large window front with access to the balcony. Clothes can be stored in the bedroom's purpose-built closet. The balcony is spacious and faces the inner courtyard, making it ideal for relaxing or enjoying a cozy dinner.
