Cozy Designer Home in Berlin Wedding

Hey there! We are looking to swap our apartment which is located in Berlin-Wedding. The up-and-coming area is filled with newer cafés, restaurants, bars, cinemas, exhibition spaces, and parks but you will be able to find old hidden gems as well. The renovated "Altbau" apartment has about 60 sqm, and is located on the ground floor - so no lugging heavy bags up the stairs. The designer kitchen is newly installed and fully equipped. Bathroom is completely renovated as well complete with a rainshower. The bedroom offers you a cozy area to relax with a 140cm bed where two people can sleep. The center of the apartment is the larger living and dining area which has a cozy pull-out couch (here two people can sleep as well, or on an extra 140cm mattress). You will find bookshelves, lots of art, a pull-out table seating 8 people and my beloved piano which you are welcome to play. Lastly, the small terrace can be reached via the living room. Here you can enjoy the weather, have your morning coffee, or host dinners.
