Located in the heart of the funky and eclectic west-end neighbourhood of Parkdale, right off the trendy West Queen West strip. Walking distance to the waterfront boardwalk and Sunnyside beach. Minutes walk to multiple transit routes as well as local shops, bars, and restaurants - or hop on my bike and adventure wherever! Has a large private balcony that gets sun all day long with a bbq and comfy seating to relax during the warmer seasons. 1 bedroom with queen bed, and 1 den that serves as a TV room and home office with two monitors. Lots of art and greenery around the home.
*I have a 5-year-old cat named Eminem, who’s a rescue from my days volunteering in Tanzania. Depending on the arrangement, he can stay and keep you company, or can stay with my sister.
