We have a penthouse in the Old Town area of Javea. It is a 2 min walk into the charming center of the Javea Pueblo, a 5 min drive to the Javea port, and about 8 min drive to the Arenal beach.
The apartment is a modern penthouse with a 3 bed/2.5 bath. It has stunning views of the Montgo from the living/dining area. We both work from home so it has fast and reliable wifi. There is a small balcony off the living area and a private rooftop terrace as well.
If you enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful Mediterranean, there is much to enjoy in the area. Beaches are a few minutes away, mountains with great hikes, good dining and cafes, and also bars/clubs/nightlife, as this is a vacation destination. There is a local cinema that shows movies in both English and Spanish.
