Spacious central apartment in Berlin-Neukölln

The apartment is super close to the lively areas of Berlin-Neukölln with a lot bars, restaurants, markets, movie theaters and a lot of parks. The metro station of U8 line is just around the corner, which takes you to the city centre within a few minutes. Nevertheless the apartment itself is very quite and you cannot hear the noise of the city at all with both bedrooms located towards the quite backyard of the building. The building itself is a typical "Berliner Altbau" with high ceilings and a wooden floor. There is a spacious living room with a sofa, TV, record player with records and a huge eating table that can be easily used for working remotely. The balcony gets a lot of sun and is big enough to eat at the little table with at least two people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. A little table, an oven, a fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. Next to the kitchen you find a little storage room for cleaning supplies and food. In the back of the apartment there are two bedrooms both equipped with double beds and storage room for your clothes. In one of the bedrooms you will find a weight bench and some additional weights for your workout. The bathroom is a typical Berlin bathroom (rather small) but has everything you need. There is no bath tub but just a shower. The so called "Kiez" (district) where you stay is Schillerkiez. One of the most beautiful districts in Berlin with calm, tree lined streets filled with cafés, restaurants, bars, playgrounds and a weekly market. Just a five minutes walk away you can enjoy Tempelhofer Feld, which is the former airport of Berlin and is now a public park. Here you can go for long walks, a picnic & barbecue, running, cycling or try some new sports activities like street kiting.
