Our home is located in the charming and typical Dutch town of Montfoort, surrounded by beautiful countryside and historic Dutch charm. It’s a peaceful place to stay while still being well connected to larger cities.
The town center and supermarket are just a few minutes away by foot, and the bus stop is also within walking distance. We also have two bikes that you are welcome to use during your stay, which is a great way to explore Montfoort and the surrounding countryside.
There are many lovely things to see and do in nearby Utrecht, which is easy to reach by public transportation. From Utrecht, you can also easily travel to Amsterdam and other Dutch cities for day trips.
Montfoort itself is perfect if you want to experience a quieter, more authentic side of the Netherlands while still being close to the major cities.
