1-room apartment with balcony in central Berlin

I'd like to swap my beautiful and quiet 1 room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, a charming, vibrant neighborhood in Berlin that offers a mix of bohemian flair and family-friendly vibes, with many boutiques, organic markets, and lively parks. The apartment is located in a beautiful historical building, the 2nd floor (no elevator), 2 minutes from Helmholtzplatz (a trendy square with many bars, cafés und restaurants). It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a large bed/living-room with a queensize double bed for two and a couch (also suitable for sleeping) and a desk. There is also a balcony with a seating area, lots of plants (I'd ask you to water them 🙏) and a view into the green court. 🪴 I have an electric piano, speakers & mic, that you can set up, if you are into music as me. 🎹 🎤 The apartment complex is very quiet, especially at night you won't feel like being in the city. Supermarket, train station and cafés, bars and restaurants are all within 3-5 mins walking distance. 🛍️ I can offer you a bicycle to explore the city in the best possible way. 🚴‍♀️ Good Wifi connection & a desk (either in the living room or the kitchen table) is available in the whole apartment. 🛜 I have subletted my apartment many times so I am an experienced host, even though I never swapped.
