Artistic house right in the city center of Napoli

My home is located in the very heart of the city, just a few steps from Dante Metro station (Line 1), Montesanto Metro station (Line 2) and Cumana train line. The sea is about a 15-minute walk away. We are in the historic center, in a lively and multicultural neighborhood full of local markets, small shops and street life — yet the area where the apartment is located is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I work as a documentary filmmaker and I often travel around the world. The apartment is shared with four other people: a musician (he), a writer (she), a psychologist (she) and a hiking guide (she). We all work and live a calm and respectful daily life, but we also enjoy moments of creativity, party, relax and social life in the city. The apartment is very large (176 sqm), so even though we are five people, everyone has their own private space — almost like small studio apartments. The kitchen and the two bathrooms are shared. There is also a big living room where we organize sometimes: movie screenings with a projector, shared dinners, ping pong table (foldable table when needed), yoga classes etc. My room (18 mq) is located in a more isolated part of the house, away from the other bedrooms, so it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Even if I make noise in my room, no one else is disturbed. We enjoy living well, eating well and making the most of life, always with respect for each other and for the neighborhood. We are all anti-fascists, anti-sexists and anti-racists.
