Cozy Terrace Apartment

Our home is a very quiet place located very close to the metro station. It's the topmost floor of the building with a nice terrace of 25m2. It's close to the main street of Vierrei Amat neighborhood but in a very quiet street where you don't hear the noise of the cars. We renowed our flat ourselves and put a lot of love to it in order to make it very comfortable and nice to just stay there and relax. It has a radiant water flooring system for the winter and air ducts for the summer. It also has a nice bath with a tub to relax after a long session of working and a nice open space kitchen. In the summer we love to hang out in the terrace with a couple of friends having dinner or just relax in the sun and read for a while. In the winter there is no much sun from November to March, but if it's not very cold we also like to stay there and open a wine.
