My 40m2 apartment is located on the third floor and offers a very nice open view. The building is quiet and you will not hear any neighbors.
It is located in Colombes and you will reach the center of Paris in 15 minutes (three stations from the Gare Paris Saint-Lazare - Jardin des Tuileries and Louvre Museum). The apartment is very charming with old parquet floors, two historic fireplaces (cannot be used but still fancy eheh) and ceiling moldings.
You will find a living room with a TV and books, a large bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen (enough to make food but not very large - coffee machine, oven, microwave, electric hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, mixer etc).
