-North-Facing one bedroom apartment in a secure apartment block with friendly neighbours. -The building was originally a seaside hotel, built in 1905. - With wooden floors, high ceilings and popcorn-walled passageways, living here feels like a seaside holiday. - A sneaky bonus is that I have a piano :) -The grocery store is one street away, the beach two streets away and getting to the mountain is a matter of merely walking up the road. -Muizenberg beach is a surfer's paradise and the close proximity of everything makes for a wonderful walking-culture that has you feeling like a community member in no time. -The apartment is north-facing, with a backdrop of the Muizenberg mountain. -Because it's facing away from the main road, it is surprisingly quiet for this bustling little village-like neighbourhood. -In South Africa, safety is always a concern, but with the drive-in parking lot and the remote-controlled gate, it is one of the safest places to live in Muizenberg. -The building has a warm sense of community, with the old walk-in telephone booth having been converted into a communal library. -There is a communal washing room, with washing machines and dryers. -The building manager has an office at the front and will warmly assist you and be around if you need help.
