Cosy apartment on the 6th floor with a scenic view

My apartment is located in the multicultural neighborhood of Kanaleneiland Zuid, overlooking Park Transwijk. It's situated on the 6th floor of a 10-storey building with elevator access. From up here, you can enjoy beautiful open views of the surrounding area. One of my favorite moments is catching the sunrises, as you can see from my photos. It has one bedroom with a double bed 160cm provided with a memory foam topper, and a 1-person guest bed that can be placed in the living room or bedroom, making it ideal for couples or small families, accommodating up to three guests With free parking available, you can easily explore the city and its attractions. It's only a few kilometers from the city center but also close to the highway., and the central train station. You can get to Amsterdam in less than an hour. I have one bike that you can borrow if needed. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother, an oven, a microwave-oven, an airfryer. a regular oven, a microwave, a blender, a juicer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer and a hair dryer. PS: I don't have a television. I watch Netflix on my laptop. There can be a laptop available for you to use if you require it and I can arrange access to Netflix in case you don't have a membership of your own. No smoking in the house, and no pets allowed.
