Bright Studio – right on the seaside

I live in a charming seaside town, just a 5-minute walk from both the beach and the train station. From there, it’s an easy 1-hour train ride to Barcelona or about 40 minutes by car. The nearest airport is Girona. My cozy studio is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. It features an IKEA BRIMNES double bed with two new firm mattresses (80 × 200 cm each), creating a comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed where two adults can sleep without any problem. The studio also includes a high-quality height-adjustable electric desk (120 × 80 cm) on wheels, which can easily be used as a dining table, a comfortable office chair, a couple of folding IKEA chairs, a kettle, and a single-burner cooking stove. The water heater holds 30L, so showers should be reasonably efficient. Natural light fills the apartment, and you’ll have access to a large rooftop terrace. The building is a small, friendly residence with just three floors, located on one of the quietest and most beautiful streets in town. The indoor temperature stays pleasant throughout the year. I also have a classic bicycle that you’re welcome to use during your stay. This bright, minimalist studio is ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful space by the sea. It’s perfect if you don’t need a large home or extensive cooking facilities (the kitchen is compact and open-plan) but appreciate a quiet retreat close to nature. Whether you want to explore the Costa Brava, hike scenic coastal trails, relax on the beach, or enjoy excellent local restaurants, this is a wonderful base - close enough to Barcelona for day trips while far from the tourist crowds.
