Cosy appartment in quiet green street citycentre

The appartment is located in the beautiful and calm neighborhood of Wittevrouwen, close to the citypark and 5 min bikeride to the centre. Supermarkets (bio and regular), public transport, coffeebars, restaurants, all a walk or bikeride away. The appartment is located on the second floor of a house, there are no neighbours, except for the owner living downstairs. You have access to the communal garden accross the house (for neighbours only). One bedroom has a double bed and one bedroom is a guestroom-study (one desk) with a single bed (which are basically 2 matrasses on top we transformed into a couch-bed). Rustique living/dining area with plenty of daylight. One 3 seats sofa plus one single sofa. Library with English, Dutch, French and Spanish books. Dining table (4-6p). Can also be used as a workspace. Open kitchen area with small kitchen island. Very good Espresso machine (not in the picture yet) and senseo coffee machine. Induction stove (4 plate) We have a lot of plants. Heating: natural gas. Bathroom with shower and one sink. Seperate toilet. In the hallway we created a small atelier (for painting) with view on the iconic Dom tower of Utrecht. Small balcony mainly with plants. Home rules: -no smoking -no pets - it´s a quiet neighborhood so no loud music or parties after 11pm. - Watering of plants once a week - Waste seperation: paper, glass, greens, general - No pans and sharp knives in dishwasher (hand wash ony)
