Cozy contained apartment in Basalt on Emma Road. -Required 4 Wheel Drive to get up driveway during winter -10 minutes from Willits Center and Basalt town, and 25-30 minutes (18 miles) from Aspen. -1 queen size bedroom (heated) - 1 twin size bedroom (this is NOT heated. We have a space heater to heat this room. This room was converted from an office space.) -Breathtaking views from your front door - enjoy porch swing and outdoor dining area -Enjoy a hike called Nancy’s Path right outside your front door -Need a car during your stay? It is self contained with own parking and separate entrance. This ADU is a whole apartment with full kitchen, living, and dining area as well as a second bedroom with twin size bed. The second bedroom used to be an office. It does not get heat, but we’ve put a space heater in room to make you comfortable.
