Light-flooded plant lovers city home

Light-flooded nd charming old Berlin building with original stucco on the fourth floor (no lift). Large living room with comfortable couch, large desk (no external monitor available) and Yamaha Clavinova. Small but nice bedroom with a 1.60m bed and fairly new, very comfortable mattress. Fully equipped kitchen with table for two. Bathroom with shower and daylight. The whole flat is full of living (!!) plants, which creates a special jungle feeling. I am also happy to swap my city bike. There are 1-2 small, cosy co-working spaces within walking distance. There are numerous shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, from organic markets to discounters, Turkish supermarkets, drugstores and an organic weekly farmers market. A beautiful old market hall with many restaurants and a large shopping centre are also within walking distance. There are also bars, restaurants, cafés, parks and the river Spree. The main railway station is 15-20 minutes away by tram, and there are also underground, bus and 'Ringbahn' connections. The neighbourhood is an old working-class district, now very multicultural and lively, but still very local. It is not a party neighbourhood.
