A Balcony In the Middle of Manhattan

LOCATION: Central park view from a furnished balcony, doormen for security, and right above the orange and E lines. Easy walking distance to most of the theaters. NEARBY POINTS OF INTEREST (<10 minutes walk): THE original Halal Guys cart, MOMA, Carnegie Hall, most broadway theaters, Rockefeller center, 5th ave shopping. TRANSPORTATION: You can get pretty much anywhere in Manhattan in less than 25 minutes. You can get to Jackson Heights for delicious food in 15 minutes. You can get to Williamsburg in 25 minutes. I rarely need two transfers on the subway. AMMENITIES: 675 sq ft (~62 sq mtr), industrial grade in-building laundry and dryers (I can leave my laundry card for you). The doormen are incredible and I have never felt unsafe; they remember every face. I have Sonos speakers throughout the apt, so enjoy them! RULES: No loud crowded "party" parties. Dinner parties are fine. Please don't drink the liquor. I mean in general I'm pretty reasonable just don't be unreasonable and get me in trouble with the neighbors.
