From the park you can go the forest and lakes, very nice place to go running, hiking or cycling (étangs de la Minière).
Train station 650m from the apartment, with 2 different lines that take you inside Paris (3Omin to Gare Montparnasse).

We had fantastic time at Paul's home. The place is cozy for a couple with 1-2 kids (2BR, 2nd floor without lift, but still it’s super convenient). The kids bedroom is full of toys: our daughter had a great time playing with them, there was so many things to discover for her. There is one working space in the living room, so it was ideal as only one of us needed to work partime. The area is super tranquil, surrounded by parks, forests and small lakes. It is very well connected: local trains (15 minutes walk) take you to central Paris in ~30 minutes (2.5€ ride). Parking around is restricted, but Paul allowed us to park our car in his underground parking spot. Strongly recommended if you want to calm down and relax (possibility for light remote work), visit Paris and Disneyland.
