One bedroom, one bathroom condo with guest nook in a doorman building ideally located in Japantown in San Francisco. Condo includes an in unit washer/dryer, fast wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a gym on site. It can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 guests. There is public transport just outside the door but the vibrant neighborhoods of Japantown, Fillmore, Nob Hill, and Hayes Valley are less than a 15 minute walk away. The condo itself is right in the middle of things but is very quiet and peaceful. I'm looking for a swap in September in Berlin. A swap for the entire month would be ideal but I'll also consider 1 to 3 week swaps as well. The weather in SF is nicest in the fall, so September is an ideal time to visit. Happy hunting!
