No access to the top floor because my teens bedrooms are located there and they are not keen on me subletting their own personal spaces. Note, the teenagers will not be there. I am 3 km from Woodbine beach and boardwalk, 2 km from hiking and biking trails at Tommy Thompson Park. Leslieville is the Brooklyn of Toronto. It's got everything you need with a great vibe, cafes, restaurants, shopping and city life feel.
