Note - I could swap anytime. Just ask me. You would have the basement apartment plus the main floor of my home which includes Kitchen, Dining and living room. No access to the top floor because my teens bedrooms are located there and they are not keen on me subletting their own personal spaces. Note, the teenagers will not be there. The home will be vacant. The basement is a studio apartment open living area with bathroom, living area / bedroom (queen size bed), the 3rd bed option is the sofa, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, washer dryer. I have a lovely backyard garden with a beautiful covered deck and outdoor living area with BBQ and fire table. Located in Leslieville which is 4 km from central downtown / Dundas Square. I am 3 km from Woodbine beach and boardwalk, 2 km from hiking and biking trails at Tommy Thompson Park. Leslieville is the Brooklyn of Toronto. It's got everything you need with a great vibe, cafes, restaurants, shopping and city life feel.
