Welcome to my studio in the heart of Costa da Caparica, a laid-back coastal town just 20 minutes south of Lisbon. The space offers 50m² of comfortable indoor living and an additional 50m² private outdoor terrace — perfect for remote work, sunbathing, dining, yoga, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. Located just a 2-minute walk from Tarquínio Beach, the studio is ideal for ocean lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Costa da Caparica is known for its surf culture, beautiful coastline, and easy access to nature. Whether you're into surfing, kitesurfing, running, cycling, or hiking, you'll feel right at home here. I'm hoping to swap for: Cape Town in January '26 and Berlin in May '26…but I'm open to other destinations and dates too — feel free to reach out with ideas!
