Cozy Loft-style flat in St. Pauli, Hamburg

My cozy flat is located in St. Pauli/ Schanzenviertel in Hamburg, Germany. A perfect location to discover the beautiful city of Hamburg. Prefered for solo travelers/ but you can also come as a couple. - lots of restaurants and bars, nightlife - if you want - 15 minutes walking to the city center. (2 km) - 15 minutes walking to the Harbour and the Elbe river (2 km) - Perfect for discovering the whole city of Hamburg in any direction from here. The flat is very quiet, if you just want to work and relax, you are on top floor (4.) with nice balcony, sunny side in the afternoon and sunset watching in the cozy balcony lounge. Flat has everything you need for daily life: - Open space loft kitchen/ floor area, lots of light and high ceiling (6 m) - 2 seperated rooms on the other side (1 living room with TV and couch, chair, 1 bedroom with bed (1,40m) and wardrobe. Nice and quiet neighbourhood in a vibrant district, but quiet street in front of the house. I am looking for new places to discover all over Europe :)
