Beautiful flat walking distance Lucca centre

Our house has a lot of light, big rooms and it's provided with any kind of equipment you may need. It is composed by a kitchen with a habitable balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, a single bedroom and a living room. It s at a walking distance (10/15 minutes) from the historical centre of Lucca but in a quiet area and has parking facilities under the building because is a dead end street. The city centre can be reached walking 10/15 minutes or with a cycling path nearby in less than 5 minutes. VERY IMPORTANT: 1) We generally prefer swaps of at least 10 days because we want to give the greatest attention to our guests, maintaining the original spirit of this website, that is most of all "the human exchange" 2) We ask the refund of the cost of electricity in summer and of heating in winter. 3) The entrance of the aparment is a common with another apartment that we use for personal use. 4) The use of our gym is offered just under specifical request and after previous specifical agreement. The area is full of services, well connected with public transport but quiet at the same time. We have many services close by: a supermarket, a pharmacy a little "alimenentari, a bank, a bazar store, few bars and a pizzeria. Near our apartment there are public transports (urban bus) that takes you to the train station and an extraurban bus that takes you to Pisa. At a walking distance from our apartment there is the river park where you can walk, do jogging and ride your bycicle. If you have bycicle you could use our garage.
