Classic Hollywood Apartment Complex

My apartment gets great light in the mornings and most of the day. During summer months, it can get very hot, so I tend to stay out of it in mid-late afternoon. But there is a pool on the property and parks nearby (10min drive to Griffith Park!). The apartment has 2 Air Conditioners. Night life is hopping just down the street, with bars, dance clubs, comedy clubs, movie theaters and the famous Walk of Fame. Also within walking distance is the Hollywood Reservoir, which is a peaceful place for a run or walk, and the Hollywood Bowl, if you care to catch a show while here. The apartment is old (for LA) and so has its quirks, but it has hardwood floors and lots of closet space. I have an espresso machine and a projector with a Roku device with several streaming services.
