Our house is walking distance to main street with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Four minute walk to beautiful Waneka Lake and mountain views. Great for kids, as we are also walking distance to the library, recreation center with indoor pool, children's museum and lots of playgrounds. There is also an outdoor pool in the summer which you could bike to or a short drive. We have lots of bikes available for use, including smaller ones. We are about a 20 minute drive to Boulder and 25 min drive to the city amenities and attractions in Denver. Miles and Miles of trails for hiking, running, and biking are right outside your door. Main Floor: - Three bedrooms (Two have desks, One has a private bathroom). - Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room for Entertaining, Common Bathroom, Attached Garage. We have access for you to the Basecamp Coworking Space 6 minutes away by bicycle. In the warmer months, there is a farmers' market just 6 blocks away every Sunday.
