Welcome to my bright and sun-filled 64 m² apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshain. It has a spacious living room, a comfy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a small balcony. The interior blends vintage design with colourful, modern touches. It’s located in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood, but just around the corner, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, yoga studios, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. There’s also a food market on Saturdays and a flea market on Sundays, both within walking distance. Getting around is easy: a 5-minute walk to the Metro and 8 minutes to the S-Bahn. Berlin-Mitte Alexanderplatz is just 7 minutes away by Metro, and Berlin Central Station is about 16 minutes. BER Airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes by S-Bahn and train.
