My one-room apartment in Berlin is perfect for people, who wanna live in a central area and with everything nearby. Very vivid but at the same time calm area. You can reach Kudaam in less than 10 Minutes by Bus. Also very near to Kreuzberg and Neukölln with the Metro Line U7(Less than 15 Minutes). House rules: Only 1 Person. No loud noises after 22. There are a lot of older people living in the building and they enjoy their peace. If you're a calm person looking for a lovely location to stay, this is perfect for you.
