My place is very well located, in the trendy neighborhood of Friedrichshain, really close to Boxhagener Platz, just 15 minutes by train to the airport. On the weekends there is farmer's market and flea market around the corner. You will find everything you need here, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, there is really not need to move to another part of the city as everything one needs just walking distance.
My place is very bright as all windows face the street, still it's quite and comfortable so sleep at night. there are 2 separate rooms, 2 people can very well stay here and even a 3rd one sleeping in the sofa.
